  1. Dry brushing

Using a body brush (it should be one made of natural fibers), you can accelerate your blood circulation and to remove toxins from your skin, facts that finally lead also to the dissolution of cellulite.

What do you have to do? Brush your body (while dry) focusing on the areas affected by cellulite. Make sure you direct the moves towards the heart, in order to stimulate blood circulation. One of the ways of using coffee in order to eliminate cellulite is to prepare a paste consisting of coffee (1/4 cup), sugar (2 teaspoons) and coconut oil and apply it on the affected area: massage firmly for a couple of minutes. It is not necessary to throw away what remains of the mixture; you can keep it in a jar for further use.

Just as coffee, seaweed improves the aspect of the skin by exfoliating it and also by stimulating blood circulation. 3 tablespoons of ground seaweed should by mixed with sea salt and olive oil. The mixture is to be massaged on the area affected by cellulite for 10 minutes, followed by a shower. An alternative would be to take seaweed baths.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

This aliment flushes out toxins and prevents water retention, thus reducing cellulite. A part vinegar, mixed with two parts water should be rubbed on the affected part of the body and left there for thirty minutes. You can also wrap the rubbed area in plastic and put over it a warm.
