It is advisable to get rid of cellulite as soon as it appears, because the problem worsens with age. In order to do that, here are 10 of the best things you can do:

  1. Dry brushing

Using a body brush (it should be one made of natural fibers), you can accelerate your blood circulation and to remove toxins from your skin, facts that finally lead also to the dissolution of cellulite.

What do you have to do? Brush your body (while dry) focusing on the areas affected by cellulite. Make sure you direct the moves towards the heart, in order to stimulate blood circulation. Start from the legs and end with the shoulders. Do it for 5 minutes a day, before taking the shower, which is supposed to remove the dead skin cells. It is recommended to stick to this practice for at least a month, in order to see improvements in your look.

  1. Cayenne Pepper

As a fat burning food, cayenne pepper will heat up your body and improve the blood circulation from within – as opposed to dry brushing, which acts externally. If you drink the juice of a lemon in which you also put 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, you will eliminate toxins, reducing the emergence of cellulite.

  1. Coffee Grounds

Coffee grounds are a natural exfoliating scrub – of course, they can also be efficient from within: your blood circulation is stimulated when you drink coffee.

One of the ways of using coffee in order to eliminate cellulite is to prepare a paste consisting of coffee (1/4 cup), sugar (2 teaspoons) and coconut oil and apply it on the affected area: massage firmly for a couple of minutes. It is not necessary to throw away what remains of the mixture; you can keep it in a jar for further use.

  1. Juniper Oil

With its detoxifying properties, juniper oil impedes fluid retention. If you mix it with olive oil and massage with this mixture the area affected, the cellulite will be visible reduced.

  1. Seaweed

Just as coffee, seaweed improves the aspect of the skin by exfoliating it and also by stimulating blood circulation. 3 tablespoons of ground seaweed should by mixed with sea salt and olive oil. The mixture is to be massaged on the area affected by cellulite for 10 minutes, followed by a shower. An alternative would be to take seaweed baths.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

This aliment flushes out toxins and prevents water retention, thus reducing cellulite. A part vinegar, mixed with two parts water should be rubbed on the affected part of the body and left there for thirty minutes. You can also wrap the rubbed area in plastic and put over it a warm.
